We offer a guarantee on all our work and products. We stand behind our work and products we sell, if for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us for a full or partial refund. Refunds are given at our discretion.

What is the total turnaround time for sharpening service?
Please allow total time from order placed to receiving sharpened knives process to take 2-3 weeks, some parts of the Eastern US, 3-4 weeks.

What types of knives do you sharpen?
Please see our list of knives on our homepage that we do and DONT sharpen

**We recommend sending knives in ‘batches.’ Do not send us all your knives at once as you will be without them for a few weeks. For example, if you have 12 knives you’d like sharpened, we recommend sending us one batch of 6 at a time. This will leave you with the other 6 to use while the first batch is being sharpened.

**Please do not ship to us without placing an order!

**Please do not send us heirlooms, antiques or knives of especially high value. Please note that while extremely rare, items can get lost or damaged in transit. We recommend these types of knives be sharpened locally.
